What size should I order?

We recommend choosing your usual size and checking the Size Guide on each product page before ordering. Shapewear is designed to fit snugly, so a firm fit is completely normal.

If you're between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How do I choose the right shapewear?

Start by thinking about where you'd like the most support.

Is Venna Label shapewear comfortable for everyday wear?

Yes. Our shapewear is selected with both sculpting and comfort in mind. Depending on the style, you'll find soft stretch fabrics, flexible compression and seamless finishes designed to move with your body.

Will my shapewear roll down?

Our high-waisted styles are designed to stay comfortably in place. Getting the correct size is important — shapewear that is too small can be more likely to roll or dig in.

Can I wear shapewear all day?

Many of our styles are designed for extended everyday wear. How long you choose to wear shapewear is ultimately a matter of personal comfort. It should feel supportive and snug, but never painfully tight.

Will Venna Label shapewear show underneath clothing?

Many of our shapewear styles feature smooth or seamless finishes designed to remain discreet underneath clothing.

For fitted dresses and lightweight fabrics, we recommend choosing a seamless style in a colour close to your skin tone.

Are your bras wire-free?

This depends on the style. We offer different designs, including comfortable wire-free bras. Check the individual product description for the support, padding and construction of each bra.

How should I wash my lingerie and shapewear?

For the best results, always follow the care instructions on the product label.

We generally recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and allowing your lingerie or shapewear to air dry. Avoid tumble drying unless the product care instructions specifically allow it.

Do you ship throughout Australia?

Yes. Venna Label ships to customers throughout Australia. Available shipping options and estimated delivery information are shown during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when tracking is available.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

For hygiene reasons, please try underwear and shapewear on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, stains, odours or damage.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is faulty or incorrect.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. Our customer care team will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately after ordering.
